Why does it hurt to let go of a thing that isn’t really ours?

Escaping fireflies

Knowing that something is not meant for us, anticipating for a reward seems baseless, yet we await. It’s a great drive to believe that we shouldn’t ever dissolve the weight of HOPE. We tend to weave a big web of misconception and carry it throughout, and that is certainly fatuous. At the same time one should never give up without trying enough.

I just want to tell you all, who find yourselves in a state of an incomprehensible situation. Whether you’d want to still keep trying or just let go of it for good. Ask yourselves, At what stake do I want this? What sacrifices am I ready to make, to get this? Will this make me eventually happy? And there will be it, in black and white, no grey between. It can be easy for a few out there to give up and move on quickly, perhaps they're afraid of being courageous or are simply done dealing with it.

Letting go doesn’t mean to give up. Sometimes it’s really important to relieve yourself off the baggage in order to move forward. Travel light on the road of life, it’ll take you further.
